Breast Cancer Program
We offer you the most advanced capabilities for breast cancer diagnosis and treatment. Our robust research program and clinical trials have informed many of the leading technologies and approaches used to diagnose and treat breast cancer today. Our areas of expertise include:

Endocrine Tumor Program
We provide leading-edge treatment for cancerous and noncancerous conditions of the thyroid, parathyroid, adrenal glands, pancreas, and intestines. We offer one of the nation's most comprehensive centers focused exclusively on the treatment of endocrine tumors and the only comprehensive endocrine oncology program in California.
Gastrointestinal (GI) Cancer Program
With extensive knowledge and experience, access to innovative research and technology, and a compassionate approach, our physicians provide you with a multispecialty evaluation and personalized care plan – no matter how rare or complex your condition. We are ready to help with the management of any GI cancer condition, including colon cancer, adenocarcinoma, bile duct cancer, esophageal cancer, pancreatic tumors, liver cancer, and neuroendocrine tumors. We offer advanced treatment options, including laparoscopic and endoscopic surgery, radiation therapy, and medical therapy, including intraoperative chemotherapy.
Gynecologic Cancer Program
Our program combines compassion with innovation to deliver precision diagnosis and a full spectrum of treatment options for cervical, ovarian, uterine, vaginal, and other female reproductive cancers. Lung & Thoracic Cancer Program
The multidisciplinary thoracic cancer team treats all types and stages of cancers and benign (noncancerous) conditions of the chest. We offer specialized approaches to diagnose and treat lung cancer that help people live longer, healthier lives. Using the newest technologies, some developed at Stanford Health Care, we bring you comprehensive, advanced care for complex cases of thoracic cancers and benign conditions, including lung cancers, esophageal cancers, hiatal hernias, and emphysema. Radiation Oncology Program

Skin Cancer Program

Urologic Cancer Program

Radiation therapy

Drug therapy
Drug therapy refers to several types of medications and cellular therapy that travel through the bloodstream to attack cancer cells anywhere in the body. You can receive drug therapy orally as a pill or intravenously through an injection or infusion into a vein.
Drug therapy can treat cancer at any stage anywhere in the body by destroying the cells or preventing them from multiplying.

Breast Surgeons
These surgeons specialize in treating cancer through mastectomy and breast-conserving surgeries. Surgical oncologists perform biopsies (taking tiny tissue samples) to test for cancer. They also surgically remove tumors, some surrounding breast tissue, and lymph nodes to evaluate them for the presence of cancer.
